Your Tasks
- Case management and counseling of patients in "Home Treatment"
- Performing nursing tasks and patient-related administrative work
- Taking on on-call duties
- Active collaboration in the team, with external institutions, and the environment of the patients
Your Profile
- Training as a qualified nurse (dipl. Pflegefachfrau / -mann HF)
- At least two years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Driver's license (Category B)
- Proficient language and computer skills
- Open, flexible, and independent personality with high social competence
