What you can achieve
- In your role, you lead projects of small to medium complexity in your area of responsibility with a clear focus on quality, timelines, and budget requirements
- The analysis and continuous improvement of existing processes are at the core of your activities
- Through your expertise, you ensure that all workflows meet the relevant regulatory standards and norms such as GMP, GxP, and ISO
- You coordinate collaboration between different departments and regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders
What you bring
- Completed education at a higher technical college in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, process engineering, or similar, or a comparable qualification acquired in practice
- Experience as a process manager in a regulated environment would be an advantage
- Preferably, you have completed further training in process management
- You are characterized by a structured way of working, strong analytical thinking skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities
- You can convey complex matters clearly, understandably, and appropriately for the audience
- You are strong in communication, confident in German negotiation, and can communicate in English
