The village pool is located in the center of Uster. With a 25m swimming pool, a toddler pool, and a small bistro, it offers ideal conditions for families with children and a quick "dip" in between. For this outdoor pool, we are looking for a responsible person from April 15 to October 15, 2026, as

Deputy Operations Manager Village Pool 80-100%

Your main tasks

• Supervision of the swimming pool
• Monitoring, care, and maintenance of technical systems
• Cleaning and maintenance work in buildings and outdoor facilities
• Support of the operations manager
• Occasional operation of the cash register
• First aid and life-saving emergency measures in case of emergency

You bring with you

• igba PRO certificate or SLRG Pro Pool certificate with BLS-AED
• Completed vocational training and experience as a pool attendant
• Technical background is an advantage
• Willingness to work in shifts as well as evening and weekend/holiday shifts
• Reliable working style, good manners, and customer-friendly behavior
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
