Your tasks – precise & powerful

Operation of construction machines such as wheeled and crawler excavators, dumpers, rollers, or bulldozers

Independent execution of earthworks, roadworks, and dismantling work according to plan

Confident handling of GPS-controlled machines is an advantage

Assistance with general construction work when the machine is idle

Maintenance, care, and minor servicing of the equipment

With your commitment, you ensure that the construction site progresses efficiently, safely, and on schedule.

Your profile – experienced & responsible

Several years of experience as a construction machine operator, ideally on Swiss construction sites

Valid construction machine course M1 or M2 is an advantage

Confident handling of various construction machines

Driver's license category B mandatory (for travel to construction sites)

Team-oriented, proactive, and reliable working style

Good German language skills

Flexible, resilient, and weatherproof

You fit particularly well if you like to get involved, work independently, and still function well in a team.
