The new building of the Geeren Retirement Center is completed and all 7 residential groups in House Feld and House Dorf have been occupied. Idyllically located in the green and embedded in the center of Seuzach, it offers up to 174 residents a family-like home. Transitional care, nursing residential groups, specialized dementia care, and outpatient day care are the daily core business of nursing. With our in-house doctors, nearly 300 employees, and over 30 apprentices and students in various professions, we are a modern, dynamic operation for the benefit of the residents. For this management position, we are looking for you to support the residential group "People with Dementia" as Team Leader Nursing Residential Group, 80-100% workload.
Your field of activity with the new employer
  • Operational and personnel management of the residential group with 27 residents and 20 employees
  • Responsible for the training of apprentices together with the trainers
  • Ensuring a smoothly running work organization
  • Responsible for the duty planning of all employees according to specifications
  • Individual employee promotion and team development
  • Organization of regular team meetings
  • Responsible for the correct classification of residents using RAI
  • Responsible for own cost center within the budget framework.
  • Participation in nursing to ensure quality and organizational processes
A plus for the new employer
  • Training as a certified nursing professional HF/FH/HöFa is an advantage with management further education
  • Motivated leadership personality with several years of experience in a similar function
  • Experience with RAI RUG
  • Experience in handling electronic work tools / good PC user skills
