Senior Project Manager HVAC 80% - 100%

Area of Responsibility

You are responsible for the successful technical execution of your projects in the segments "Commercial Office Buildings", "Residential Buildings", "Industry" as well as "Services" and have an overview of quality and deadlines. You accompany your assigned planner team in the respective partial tasks of the projects and are the competent contact person for our clients and partners.

Your main tasks are:

• Creation of building analyses with regard to building technology
• Development of heating, ventilation, and sanitary concepts and advising the clients
• Project management according to SIA 108, from preliminary project to handover
• Maintaining the customer network and actively acquiring new contracts

What you bring:

• As a project manager for heating, ventilation, and sanitation planning, you have a solid education as a heating planner, ventilation planner, or sanitary planner and have supplemented this with advanced training (HF or FH). Several years of professional experience are important, as well as a strong team spirit and good CAD skills. Experience with project management according to BIM is an advantage. However, we are also happy to take you on our path and share our experiences with you.
