Your Team and Your Mission

Our team unites experts from the fields of sustainability with digitalization and data management to develop innovative solutions for the real estate industry. We work closely together to standardize processes, make data intelligently usable, and translate sustainable developments into digital workflows. We value team spirit, open communication, and the promotion of individual strengths.

In your role, you make a decisive contribution to the further development of our business area Development & Digitalization with a focus on sustainability. You formulate content and processes for sustainable projects, transfer these into digital data structures, and thus support the optimization of our digitized processes as well as our analysis and reporting capabilities.

Your Tasks

• Sustainability and Customer Consulting: Development of sustainability strategies and concepts, definition of processes for their implementation, and competent consulting of customers on complex tasks and projects.
• Data Architecture and Governance: Design and construction of scalable data lake or data warehouse architectures, implementation of data governance, ensuring data quality, data lifecycle management, and traceability; setting up secure environments for internal and customer-side data usage.
• Digital Applications and AI/LLM Systems: Further development of our digital customer applications, building and operating AI systems based on internal documents, reports, KPIs, and sustainability guidelines; development of customized LLM applications and their secure use according to data protection and compliance.

Qualifications

Your Profile

• Completed university degree (university or university of applied sciences) in architecture, civil engineering, sustainability, or comparable, ideally supplemented by further training in data science, computer science, or data engineering
• Solid professional experience as a data engineer or in a comparable role, including database construction, metadata catalogs, and document processing, as well as experience in sustainability planning of larger construction projects and developments
• Very good knowledge of Python, SQL, data pipeline frameworks, cloud or on-premise storage solutions, as well as data management, access control, and security
• Good knowledge of sustainability standards and norms in Switzerland, RAG architectures, API development and model deployment, as well as familiarity with planning and development processes for sustainable construction projects and basic knowledge of life cycle analyses of buildings (SIA 112/1, SIA 2032 / SIA 390-1, SNBS & Minergie standards)
• Experience in interdisciplinary teams (sustainability, architecture, engineering, software), strategic thinking, enabling customers to higher ordering competence, and support throughout the development and project planning process
• Ability to translate complex issues into digital solutions, structured working method, and problem-solving skills
• Very good communication skills in German and English (French is a plus)
