Your team
Corporate Functions includes the Group’s non-banking activities and employs more than 600 people. These functions are carried out by specialists with expertise across all business units and include the Communications, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, Information Security, Internal Audit, Legal, Corporate Office, Risk and Tax departments.
You will play a key part in the Data Analytics team for Internal Audit, contributing to the department’s mission by leveraging advanced data solutions and innovative analytics.
Your role
• Working closely with audit leaders and stakeholders to transform strategic objectives and regulatory needs into effective analytics and data-driven solutions for audit and assurance activities.
• Building and maintaining scalable data pipelines that bring together information from various sources, including legacy and cloud-based systems, to support audit processes and enable the delivery of actionable insights through analytics and data visualization reports tailored to audit needs.
• Participating to the modernization of the department’s analytics infrastructure by streamlining data flows, supporting migration to cloud platforms, and introducing new technologies such as AI, automation, and intelligent agents to enhance audit analytics.
• Developing business cases with the Audit team by identifying and processing relevant data.
• Conducting and documenting procedures to assess and ensure data quality within audit assignments.
• Building strong partnerships with data stakeholders throughout the Pictet Group.
Your profile
• Engineer-related academic background with a master’s degree in data science or computer science.
• A minimum of five years’ experience in a similar role.
• Good knowledge of Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau.
• Experience with modern ETL and automation frameworks such as Alteryx and Prefect.
• Solid programming languages skills such as Python, and data query languages.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms and contemporary analytics practices; experience with Snowflake is a plus.
• Practical experience applying AI/automation and intelligent agents to enhance analytics efficiency and capabilities in audit contexts.
• Strong initiative, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Creative and solution-oriented, with strong communication skills and teamwork spirit.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Must be resident in Switzerland.
