- You ensure correct and complete invoicing within the framework of applicable laws and regulations as well as agreements and contracts.
- You handle rejections and complaints and respond to written and oral inquiries from cost bearers as well as from patients.
- You organize and document workflows and regularly check the processes.
- You represent the team professionally both internally and externally.
