Operations Dispatcher / Operator Control Center 100%

Tasks

• Handling incoming emergency calls and inquiries
• Responsible and timely operational management
• Complete and uniform case documentation in the operational control system
• Operation of the systems of the respective special services
• Collaboration with partners in incident management

Profile

• Federal diploma as a police officer or certificate as well as several years of frontline experience as a police officer
• Independent and responsible working style with decision-making ability in unclear situations and under pressure
• Good handling of diversity
• Willingness to learn (applications, operational organization, processes) as well as good IT user skills and quick comprehension
• Networked and company-wide thinking, teamwork skills as well as cooperation skills
• Willingness to work shifts
• Good verbal and written expression skills in German, foreign language skills desired
• Impeccable reputation
