Tasks
- Handling incoming emergency calls and inquiries
- Responsible and timely operational management
- Complete and uniform case documentation in the operational control system
- Operation of the systems of the respective special services
- Collaboration with partners in incident management
Profile
- Federal diploma as a police officer or certificate as well as several years of frontline experience as a police officer
- Independent and responsible working style with decision-making ability in unclear situations and under pressure
- Good handling of diversity
- Willingness to learn (applications, operational organization, processes) as well as good IT user skills and quick comprehension
- Networked and company-wide thinking, teamwork skills as well as cooperation skills
- Willingness to work shifts
- Good verbal and written expression skills in German, foreign language skills desired
- Impeccable reputation
