We are looking for our receptions at the Hospital and the Morges Clinic for a:
Receptionist M/F at 100%

YOU HAVE
- A CFC as a hospitality specialist, commercial employee or any other title deemed equivalent
- At least two years of experience gained in reception service in direct contact with customers
- Perfect command of the French language (written and oral) and good knowledge of English
- A professional demeanor as well as the versatility necessary to alternate between the main reception duties of the Hospital and those of the Clinic
- Reliability, the ability to learn on the job, dynamism and a sense of responsibility
- Good emotional control and excellent organizational skills combined with a strong sense of service
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Ensure the physical and telephone reception and orientation of patients, visitors and EHC employees
- Handle requests and ensure liaison with other services of the Institution to guarantee good information transmission
- Coordinate with internal medical offices for appointment scheduling and administrative management of the patient file at the Morges Clinic
- Manage the administrative admission of the patient (admission, insurance coverage verification, etc.)
Ensure coordination of actors within the reception area of the Morges Clinic in an interdisciplinary work spirit
- Ensure collection of hotel and hospital services payments outside LAMAL
- Manage the supply of receptions
