Spitex Switzerland is the national umbrella organization of Spitex cantonal associations and other organizations for professional care and support at home. It advocates at the national level for the interests of its members and their local Spitex organizations with more than 40,000 employees and provides services for the entire sector. More than 400,000 people in Switzerland receive care and support at home through Spitex.

Together with your tandem partner, you will take on central tasks in organizing conferences, internal coordination, and the office.
Your area of responsibility
- You organize, supervise, and coordinate various events, especially conferences, meetings, and sessions of Spitex Switzerland. You play a central role in organizing and coordinating the national Spitex Congress: coordinating operational processes and collaboration with internal and external partners.
- You provide administrative support to the various departments of the office.
- You are the internal contact person for questions and problems related to IT infrastructure and coordinate feedback and problem-solving with IT partners.
- You support the Head of Administration in optimizing internal processes and projects.
- You manage the platform Home – Spitex Instruments (spitex-instrumente.ch) .
- You are responsible for ensuring the accessibility of the office: coordinating call reception within the team, triaging and responding to inquiries by email and phone, and managing the mail.
Your profile
- Commercial training (EFZ) or equivalent education
- At least three years of professional experience
- Experience in event management is an advantage
- Enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive personality
- High service orientation and coordination skills
- Confident German and good French skills
- IT affinity and very good user knowledge of the Microsoft Office 365 suite
