We are looking for a motivated and committed individual to complement our small, well-coordinated
administration team from February 1, 2026, or by arrangement as
Your tasks
- You manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- You are responsible for debt collection and dunning
- You assist in maintaining the tax register and prepare tax invoices
- You support the Head of Finance/Tax Office in daily business
- You take on other general administrative tasks
- You help with counter and telephone service
Your profile
- You have a commercial education or comparable qualifications
- Ideally, you bring experience in public administration and/or finance
- Proficient in using IT systems (Infoma Newsystem and CMI are an advantage)
- Independent and structured way of working
- Enjoy contact with the public
- Interesting and varied range of tasks
