Your activities
- You are the reference person for SMEs and real estate professionals in the region and advise your clients according to their needs, in a professional and comprehensive manner, especially in the areas of financing, foreign currencies, and treasury management
- You support your corporate clients in the areas of investments, pension plans, and business succession with the help of our internal specialists
- You prospect the market in a targeted manner to build your own client portfolio and also develop and intensify relationships with existing clients
- Thanks to your experience in corporate and real estate client management, you easily identify development potential and fully exploit it
- You verify, evaluate, analyze, and monitor commercial and real estate financing. You submit financing requests to the bank's decision-making bodies
- You collaborate with other business sectors in different segments and quickly identify cross-selling opportunities
- You represent Valiant at various events and establish interesting contacts
You have
- a higher commercial education (ES, banking expert) or an education in economics (university or university of applied sciences) and
- experience with corporate clients as well as specialist knowledge in real estate financing
- a sense of commitment and enthusiasm for client acquisition
- good negotiation and persuasion skills as well as the ability to assert yourself
- a high degree of autonomy and initiative as well as a results- and goal-oriented approach
- a personality with a sense of contact and excellent communication skills
- a willingness to improve yourself in a dynamic environment
- a good knowledge of and network in the Neuchâtel region are essential
