As a nonprofit organization with around 50 employees, we comprehensively ensure outpatient assistance and care in the Waldenburg Valley.
To strengthen our team, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a
Certified Nursing Specialist HF / FH in Psychiatry, 20% - 50% workload
who values and seeks an autonomous and responsible area of work.
Your main tasks:
- You will newly establish our psychiatric nursing, develop concepts, and take over the professional responsibility for this area
- Case management and control of the nursing process in psychiatric and psychogeriatric case situations in the home environment
- Periodic determination of the support needs of clients, creation of the assistance and care plan
- Ensuring the professional provision of nursing services
- Professional guidance and support of other employees involved in care
