Salary: <85'000 CHF (at 100%) / year

The EHC Kloten Sport AG is looking for a committed personality with experience in Human Resources and Financial Management. With your instinct for people, numbers, and structures, you ensure that EHC Kloten is excellently positioned both organizationally and financially.
Thanks to your initiative, sense of responsibility, and keen eye for processes, you take on a central role in the team: You are responsible for HR topics from administration to further development, manage financial processes, and bring order, clarity, and reliability to everyday life so that EHC Kloten can fully focus on sports and shine on and off the ice.
YOUR TASKS:
- Personnel administration
- Entries & exits (players, staff & office employees)
- Contract management (players, staff & office employees)
- Handling matters related to accidents/illness
- Payroll processing including annual declaration
- Insurance management
- Managing accounts receivable & accounts payable
- Supporting the CFO with budgeting, forecasting, and financial statements
- Managing internal vehicle fleet and apartments (for staff & players)
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Commercial basic training and several years of professional experience in Human Resources and Finance
- Further education in Human Resources or Finance & Accounting is an advantage
- You speak German and English
- Proactive personality, team player with high personal responsibility
- Resilience, flexibility, and willingness to perform
- Driver's license category B
- Knowledge of Abacus is an advantage
