• Care and expansion of your own customer portfolio
• Proactive contact to identify and exploit customer potential
• Development of individual solutions taking into account the life situation and needs of our customers
• Support and service of customers at the cashless counter as well as in the ATM area
• Participation in target group-specific marketing and contact campaigns

• Completed banking training or experience in banking
• Good knowledge of banking products in the areas of saving, paying, investing, retirement planning
• Quick comprehension, flexibility, initiative, winning appearance
• Enjoyment of active customer contact and a strong customer orientation
• Empathy, communication skills, and team spirit
