Leadership responsibility
- Deputy management of the laboratories at the locations Lyss, Granges-près-Marnand, Einigen and Müntschemier in the absence of the Head of Laboratory & Concrete Technology
- Utilizing opportunities to optimize processes and resources
- Contact person for internal and external customers in collaboration with the Head of Laboratory & Concrete Technology
Quality control
- Control and documentation of the quality of concrete and finished products
- Planning of quality control activities depending on deadlines, means, and resources
- Comparing test results or analysis certificates with the requirements of standards and product specifications
- Preparation of reports on the incoming controls of raw materials (concrete, cement, sand, finished products)
- Monitoring the timeline of the production of each batch from the arrival of raw materials to the sale of the final product (ensuring traceability)
- Reporting quality deviations to quality management and initiating and following up on appropriate measures
- Support in the laboratories of CBM (Lyss, Müntschemier, Granges and Einigen)
- Assisting in the development and further development of testing plans for concrete and products (concrete elements)
Quality assurance
- Control of product stability and analysis of deviations from the norm
- Technical support in the processing of corrective and preventive measures related to quality deviations
- Archiving of concrete test and recipe documentation (laboratory software)
- Monitoring of testing equipment in the laboratory
Concrete technology
- Reviewing, reconciling, updating, and adjusting the recipes
- Ongoing tests and concrete trials as part of the development of new concrete recipes
- Accompanying test productions
WPK Responsible
- Is jointly responsible for the implementation and documentation of the in-house production controls (WPK and test plan)
Project manager or team member
- Participation in the implementation of innovations and projects
- Completed technical or craft basic training
- Building materials tester FA (completed or willing to complete this further training)
- Basic knowledge in concrete technology
- Solid MS Office skills
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Driver's license category B
- Forklift license is an advantage
- Experience in the role of deputy is an advantage
- Healthy assertiveness
