What you can achieve
Handling various projects (from planning, through implementation and support, to evaluation and reporting) of hydrogeological, contaminated sites law, and waste law issues with the following focuses:
- Review and adjustment of groundwater protection zones
- Qualitative groundwater monitoring, drinking water development projects
- Conducting historical and technical contaminated site investigations
- Waste law construction supervision of deconstruction and redevelopment areas
- Support in acquisition and project controlling (project management)
Your skills are
- a MSc degree in geosciences/hydrogeology or a related discipline
- Sound knowledge of regional geology and environmental legislation (AltlV, VVEA, GSchV)
- Ideally several years of professional experience in the fields of contaminated sites and hydrogeology
- Confident use of the German language in spoken and written form
- Communication and coordination skills, committed, responsible and goal-oriented working style
- Team spirit, high degree of initiative and reliability
- Enjoyment of personal contact with clients, planners, and companies
- Knowledge of specialized software such as DC, ArcGIS/QGIS and data management programs is required
