The Siloah Residence Vivo AG is a company of the non-profit Siloah Foundation.
Under the umbrella of the non-profit and non-commercial Siloah Foundation, the Siloah network consisting of hospital, long-term care, Spitex, and operational functions with around 1,000 employees forms the competence center for integrated care in old age. The Siloah network is currently active at five locations in the canton of Bern and sees itself, among other things, as a solution provider for long-term and Spitex organizations in operational functions.
As part of the strategic further development, we are looking for an entrepreneurial personality who will lead the Siloah Residence Vivo AG in Köniz with foresight and shape it for the future. From 01.08.2026 or by arrangement, we are looking for a Head of Siloah Residence Vivo (80-100% workload).
Your tasks
- You bear overall responsibility for the results, quality, and sustainable positioning of Siloah Residence Vivo AG.
- As a host personality, you create a place where residents, relatives, employees, and guests feel equally welcome, respected, and well cared for.
- Through lived values, you provide orientation and thus shape the culture of the institution.
- You lead and develop the employees directly reporting to you.
- Thanks to your active networking, you successfully implement the market and occupancy strategy.
- You professionally represent the institution towards authorities, partners, and various stakeholders.
- You initiate and accompany the development of the organization and actively shape processes.
Your profile
- Tertiary business administration education
- Qualification as an institution manager or willingness to acquire it
- Several years of leadership experience in complex organizations, preferably in social or healthcare sectors
- Sound knowledge of the framework conditions in the inpatient elderly care sector is an advantage
- Mature, reflective personality with a clear stance, high social competence, and integrative leadership style
- Experience in transformation and organizational development processes
- Strong communication and networking skills

The Siloah Residence Vivo AG, part of the Siloah network, combines high-quality services with lived values and a future-oriented focus in long-term care.
