We are looking for by arrangement

Dipl. Nursing Specialist HF (40 - 60% workload)

Your area of responsibility

• Treatment and basic care for our clients at home
• Case management and needs assessments
• Taking over daily responsibility and contact person for all involved professional groups such as palliative bridging service and family doctors
• Support and guidance of trainees during training (recognize, promote and strengthen resources)

Your profile

• Training as a certified nursing specialist HF or equivalent recognized training
• Enjoyment of nursing activities and dealing with people in need of help
• Social skills, sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and flexibility
• Independent working style
• Good German skills and driving license category B
