Continuous Improvement Manager in Sales (m/f/d) - Georg Fischer GmbH

Your Tasks

• Analysis and optimization of the Order-to-Cash processes (O2C) in international sales (EMEA) of Flow Solutions for Industry & Infrastructure
• Identification and elimination of process bottlenecks and compliance risks
• Design and implementation of efficient, digitally supported target processes
• Monitoring daily O2C operations, identifying disruptions and deriving countermeasures (customer satisfaction, liquidity)
• Definition and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g., DSO, Order Cycle Time)
• Collaboration with sales, finance, IT, and other stakeholders
• Support of ERP and digitization projects (SAP, CRM, RPA)
• Change management including training and communication

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, industrial engineering, business informatics, or comparable
• 6–9 years of professional experience in a comparable role, ideally in an industrial environment with international sales processes
• Deep understanding of O2C processes and their mapping in ERP systems (especially SAP SD, WMS)
• Experience in analyzing and optimizing business processes (Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, etc.)
• Very good knowledge of Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
• High initiative, structured working style, strategic thinking skills as well as pronounced communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Fluent English skills (working language)
