About the job

• Development of thin, lightweight high-tech scales and force measuring elements through iterative, agile approaches in close collaboration with an interdisciplinary team
• Creation of detailed sketches, 3D models, technical drawings, prototypes, and production plans for series production
• Focus on the mechanical aspects of product development in close coordination with other components to optimize designs and overcome technical challenges
• Accompanying new products from the idea, through the concept, to production release
• Maintenance and improvement of existing products

• Comprehensive expertise in mechanical engineering, microtechnology, or a related field, ideally complemented by a technical degree (HF/FH) or a comparable professional career
• Competence in handling CAD software, preferably SolidEdge and MS Office applications
• Experience in sensor technology and with products used in harsh environments
• Good material knowledge and skills in FEM analyses as well as metalworking
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written
