Your responsibilities include:

Optimization, development, and further development of existing or new products and effects according to market needs and requirements as well as product maintenance
Processing technical orders, setting up test batches, testing application behavior, as well as sampling and coatings for customers
Responsibility for the carbon coating systems area
Conducting tests according to standards and guidelines
Recording test results and deriving recommendations from them
Handling technical complaints
Technical and application-oriented consulting of customers and employees
Conducting technical and application-oriented painting tests in the laboratory and at customers
Customer visits domestically and abroad as well as internal and external customer training
Assisting in the supervision of apprentices

Your profile:

Solid and qualified training, ideally as a car painter/car paint master or paint technology training/continuing education is an advantage
Experience in the field of carbon coating systems and application technology
Willingness to travel and experience with international customer support (Europe, Asia)
Good manual skills as well as a strong affinity for technology
Goal-oriented, solution-oriented, reliable, and systematic way of working
Communicative personality with enthusiasm
Good IT skills, experience with the ERP system Dibac is an advantage
Fluent German and English skills; French and other languages are desirable
