Your tasks
- Daily responsibility
- Active participation in cleaning
- Planning and performing intermediate and deep cleanings
- Conducting cleaning inspections on site
- Training employees
- Maintaining cleanliness and order in the cleaning rooms
- Contact person for the customer
- Compliance with specified safety, hygiene, and quality guidelines
- Work deployment from Monday to Friday and partially on weekends (working hours Monday to Friday between 06:30 - 20:00)
- Adherence to specified hours and control of material consumption on site
Your profile
- Professional experience in hospital cleaning, healthcare, and/or hospitality
- Completed training in housekeeping, hospitality, building cleaning, or healthcare is an advantage
- Expertise in cleaning
- Good knowledge of German
- Service orientation, independence, and flexibility
- Friendly, motivated, and committed personality
- Leadership experience
- Physical resilience
- Foreign applicants require a valid C residence permit or
- B permit with employment
- Driver's license
