For the Speech Therapy School Zurich, Gockhausen site, we are looking immediately or by arrangement for a humorous, qualified and development-oriented
Deputy Site Manager 60%
The position can be supplemented to 80% with a 20% deployment as SHP/LP.
The Deputy Site Manager supports the site management in the organizational, personnel and educational leadership of the Speech Therapy School Gockhausen. In the absence of the site management, they act as their deputy. The function does not include personnel management responsibility, but an active role in shaping and supporting everyday school life at various levels.
Your tasks
Organizational area
- Support of the school management in planning tasks
- Co-responsibility for the organization of annual programs, further training and parent visit days
- Support of the admission process of new students in close cooperation with the school office
- Administrative activities outside the secretarial responsibility
- -> We are a team and support each other
Personnel area
- Participation in application procedures and interviews in cooperation with the school management
- Support in the introduction and accompaniment of new employees
- Participation in conversations with parents as well as in personnel discussions at the invitation of the school management
- Commitment to the implementation of joint decisions (e.g. from the school program)
- -> We offer support or introduction to leadership tasks
Educational area
- Support of the school management in teaching and quality development
- Participation in the creation and further development of the school program
- Collaboration in the conception and implementation of a low-threshold time-out offer within the school
- -> We offer space for real development to dare something new
Your profile
- Educational or school organizational experience is an advantage
- Structured, independent and responsible way of working
- Teamwork, resilience and communicative flair even in challenging situations
- Enjoyment of a versatile activity with administrative and educational components
- -> If you have a sense of humor and carry a healthy dose of composure within you – then that is a plus
