Your Tasks
With your independent, precise, and quality-conscious way of working, you ensure smooth customer administration and support management as well as other areas in administrative and organizational matters. You work closely with the administration team of the Bern Center houses as well as the accounting department.
You take responsibility for reception and telephone as the first point of contact for internal and external concerns. Handling mail, correspondence, and ordering as well as resident administration are part of your tasks. Furthermore, you are responsible for 1st-level support for employees as well as training on new apps and systems.
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training (EFZ)
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Very good MS Office skills, experience with Abacus is an advantage
- Reliable, precise, and independent way of working
- Quick comprehension, structured working method, and pronounced quality awareness
- High service orientation
- Enjoyment of customer contact and empathy for elderly people
