About the job

The integrative primary school Neunkirch is a future-oriented educational institution with around 30 dedicated teachers and about 290 students, including around 70 kindergarten children. From the school year 26/27, we will start as a pilot school with innovative approaches such as integrated project work and pilot classes for formative assessment and "Making Learning Visible".

Our newly established "Learning Place Nature" with a nature kindergarten and "Outdoor Teaching" offers unique opportunities to integrate nature into the learning process.

To complement our team, we are looking for two

Kindergarten teachers for a total of approx. 120% with a focus on nature pedagogy

Kindergarten teachers with a focus on nature pedagogy

• Care and support of kindergarten children within the framework of a nature-oriented pedagogical concept
• Development and implementation of creative learning offers in the "Learning Place Nature"
• Collaboration in the team to create an inspiring and inclusive learning environment
• Active participation in pilot projects and new pedagogical approaches

We expect from you

• Completed training as a kindergarten teacher
• Ideally further training in nature pedagogy or experience in the field of nature pedagogy
• Passion for working with children and joy in nature
• Creativity, team spirit, and enthusiasm for innovation
• Participation in the teaching staff team and various school activities is an opportunity for you to contribute your skills
