About the job
Spitex Rupperswil/Hunzenschwil/Auenstein is a modern, future-oriented service company. With around 20 employees, we are responsible for outpatient assistance and home care in these three municipalities (approx. 12,600 inhabitants).

Your area of responsibility
- Situation- and needs-based care and support in the area of basic and treatment care
- Maintaining and evaluating the electronic client documentation (Perigon)
- Interdisciplinary cooperation with specialist offices and doctors as well as advising clients and relatives
- Ensuring quality, hygiene, and occupational safety according to company guidelines within the area of responsibility
Qualifications
- Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or
- Professional experience, ideally in the outpatient sector, is an advantage
- Social, methodological, and professional competence
- Responsible and independent work
- IT user skills, Perigon experience is an advantage
- Valid driving license category B, or willingness to ride an e-bike
- Very good German skills (B2 or higher) spoken and written
- Empathy, humor, and team spirit
