The new gastro and event venue in the glasshouse in the middle of Affoltern opened in April 2024.
In a former greenhouse, "aff" was created as a new place for peaceful coffee enjoyment and an oasis for unforgettable events. Surrounded by vibrant greenery, you will find modern coziness combined with the beauty of nature.
What we are looking for
You bring experience from the gastronomy or event sector and have already gained several years of bar and/or service experience. You also enjoy interacting with customers and guests, are a helpful and courteous personality, and work customer-oriented. You also like working in a team but recognize when to take initiative and act independently. Evening working hours (also on weekends) are no problem for you, and you enjoy being part of events. Bar staff
- Active and attentive guest service
- Providing information about the offer
- Serving drinks of all kinds
- Correctly collecting payments and billing
- Maintaining and controlling hygiene regulations
- Ordering in coordination with management including stock checks and inventory
- Support in other areas and at events/group occasions
- Completed vocational training in gastronomy or several years of professional experience
- Experience in a similar position
- Good German skills
- Creative and open to new things
- Independent and conscientious working style
- You are used to flexible working hours
