CVE Substitutes

The Fondation la Pouponnière and the Shelter in Lausanne aim to work for children and especially young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the mother-child educational reception (AEME), the meeting space service unit (UPER).

To strengthen our team of substitutes, we are looking for several for our five CVEs

Missions and responsibilities

• In active collaboration with the educational teams, ensure quality supervision for the young children welcomed, guaranteeing their well-being and safety

Profile sought

• 20 years old or older
• Ideally with training in education (ASE/ES/HES)
• Previous experience in a child life center is an asset
• Willingness to work with all age groups (from 4 months to 6 years)
• Flexible hours, availability at least three days a week
• Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to adapt to family, cultural and social realities
• Very good adaptability skills, reflective practice on one’s own work
• Respect for confidentiality and institutional framework
