From our location in Schaffhausen, we manage a diverse portfolio of residential and commercial properties as well as condominium owner associations in the greater Schaffhausen, Thurgau and northern Zurich areas.

Your tasks:

• Independent and comprehensive management of an interesting portfolio of condominium owner associations and rental properties, with a clear focus on condominium ownership
• Organisation, preparation and independent leadership as well as confident moderation of condominium owners' meetings
• Competent contact person for condominium owner associations, delegates, ownership groups, tenants, caretakers and external partners
• Advice and support for condominium owner associations on professional, organisational and interpersonal issues
• Obtaining and comparing quotes as well as awarding contracts, coordinating and supervising tradespeople and service companies
• Support for maintenance, renovation and other projects within the managed communities
• Conducting inspections as well as handovers and takeovers of rental properties
• Ensuring efficient, customer-oriented and high-quality management
• Active participation in the further development of our processes and digital working methods
• Contributing to the further expansion and development of the condominium ownership division

What distinguishes you:

• Several years of professional experience in property management, preferably with solid experience in condominium ownership
• Ideally a federal specialist certificate in property management, federal diploma in real estate fiduciary or equivalent further training or ongoing education
• Enjoyment in dealing with different people and a strong sense of customer needs
• High social competence, communication skills and the ability to confidently moderate even demanding situations
• Independent, structured and responsible way of working
• Confident, reliable and professional appearance. Entrepreneurial thinking and enjoyment in taking responsibility for your own portfolio
• High digital affinity and openness to new technologies and working methods. Interest in continuously improving processes and sensibly using the possibilities of automation and AI in everyday work
• Enjoyment of change and enthusiasm for actively shaping the further digitalisation of our company
