Clerk Purchasing and Sales 100%

Your tasks include:

Checking transport invoices
Processing consignment warehouse (shipping including invoicing)
Invoice control including invoice verification
Processing stock of operating and auxiliary materials
Creating import and export documents
Checking and assigning customs documents, requesting if necessary
Processing of drop shipment business externally
General administrative work in purchasing and sales
Ensuring the administrative order process in purchasing and sales
Maintaining master data, including price and condition maintenance
Various control and statistical tasks
Deputizing, support, and assistance in a team of four
Continuously reviewing and improving processes

Our requirements are:

Completed commercial training, preferably in the industrial sector
Technical understanding
Good IT skills in Excel and Word, experience with ERP system is an advantage
Reliability and independence
Precise, efficient working method
Resilience, flexibility
