The facility has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with about 1,500 births per year, and nearly 30,000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking, for our central sterilization unit at Morges Hospital, for a:
Technical Assistant in Sterilization (M/F) at 80-100%

YOU HAVE
- A Level 1 Technical Assistant in Sterilization certificate.
- Solid knowledge of medical device sterilization processes, as well as hospital hygiene, asepsis, decontamination, and traceability rules.
- A strong ability to apply strict procedures, work precisely, and comply with high quality and safety standards.
- Good stress resistance, organizational skills, and the ability to work in a team in a hospital-paced environment.
- Very good command of French, both spoken and written.
YOUR OBJECTIVES
- Carry out the different stages of the medical device sterilization process (pre-disinfection, cleaning, control, packaging, and sterilization) in compliance with current standards and procedures.
- Ensure the quality, safety, and traceability of sterile equipment made available to hospital services.
- Participate in the daily organization of work within the central sterilization unit and ensure continuity of activities.
- Work closely with the team and partner services, in a spirit of collaboration and professionalism.
