Head of Sales & Marketing
Responsibilities
- As a member of management, you are responsible for the Sales & Marketing area and achieve the defined company goals in the international market.
- You take over the leadership and direction of 3 employees (sales and process engineering) and develop needs-oriented offers/solutions.
- Through active customer support and acquisition, you utilize market opportunities and drive business development in a results-oriented manner.
- You optimize sales processes and ensure smooth order processing in terms of quality, quantity, and deadlines.
- In continuous improvement projects, you deal with the entire value chain and achieve optimizations in a team-oriented manner (e.g., resource planning and control, investments, digitalization).
Profile
- Several years of experience as an international sales manager (B2B) in a manufacturing company (SME), ideally in the plastics industry
- Technical or business education and sales-oriented further training at university/FH/HF level
- Sustainable, motivating leadership work with specialized know-how
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
