YOUR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

As a team leader, you take on the technical leadership and production supervision of your group. You work about 70% as a welder in the team and additionally take on the quality responsibility of the manufactured welded assemblies as welding supervisor (SAP).

Daily planning and work preparation for the assigned group
Assembly of assemblies according to drawing and welding sequence plan
Welding of stainless steel assemblies - monitoring the welding tasks in the group
Inspection of weld seams and documentation of quality controls
Conducting clarifications in case of quality deviations
Various grinding, straightening, and assembly work on the assemblies

YOUR PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Completed basic training as a plant and apparatus builder, metalworker, or comparable
Further training as International Welding Specialist (IWS)
Certified in visual inspection (VT 2)
First leadership experience desirable
Good welding knowledge in the steel sector
Willingness to work in shifts
Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
