What to expect
- After thorough training, you will take on strategic, financial (revenue & contribution margin) and operational co-responsibility for items in the workshop and sanitary sectors
- Managing suppliers and manufacturers through targeted negotiations as well as selecting and integrating new partners and sources
- Collecting master data, initiating the article opening process, and maintaining master data
- Implementing the pricing strategy across all sales channels
- Co-responsibility for marketing as well as developing communication priorities and implementing them in collaboration with marketing and sales
- Collaboration with purchasing to implement the procurement strategy and to maintain stock limits and target coverage
- Continuous market analysis, recognizing trends, and targeted use of market opportunities
- A helpful and agile team looking forward to positive and successful cooperation
What you bring
- Your interest or affinity for items and tools for workshop and sanitary is naturally expected. Experience with products from the workshop and sanitary sector is a great advantage
- You possess proven negotiation skills and a sense for market developments
- Your first experiences in product management and/or purchasing help you quickly take on responsibility
- You have successfully completed a commercial basic education, retail in the hardware store sector, or a craft training with commercial/business management further education
- You are an organizational talent, assertive, and able to prioritize correctly
- You enjoy working with internal and external partners; teamwork is not just a buzzword for you and is as important as it is for your future team
- Your German is stylistically secure and good English skills are an advantage
- You describe yourself as an analytical thinker who does not lose overview and humor in hectic situations
- Your environment knows and appreciates you as a goal-oriented, reliable, and resilient personality
