Finance and HR Specialist 60-100% (m/f/d)

Your main tasks
Finance, Reporting, Controlling
- Support the CFO in various tasks
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable in Infonqa50
- Responsible for monitoring and controlling all expenses
- Enter project expenses in our ERP Vertec
- Assist in preparing monthly reports for the Board of Directors and Executive Management
- Assist in preparing quarterly and annual financial statements
HR & Administration
- Assist/lead in personnel administration, including payroll, time tracking, and absence management
- Support the line in recruiting new employees
- Contact person for employees on HR-related matters
- Various administrative and organizational tasks
Your ideal profile
- Completed commercial training and further education in finance/HR
mandatory (e.g., accounting/personnel clerk) - Several years of experience in a similar position advantageous
- Precise, reliable, structured & independent personality
- Enjoy building and further developing processes and workflows
- High IT affinity
