What you will achieve

• You act as a competent contact person for our customers together with your team and take responsibility for your fruits and vegetables area
• You can apply your organisational skills well in staff scheduling and lead your team with commitment
• You enjoy passing on your expertise and knowledge to new employees and introducing them to your area
• As deputy to the branch area manager/supermarket manager, you ensure smooth business operations within the branch
• By conducting inventories, you stay informed about the needs within your area and take responsibility for ordering goods
• You carry out sales-promoting measures (such as promotions) on the sales floor in a targeted manner and skilfully implement campaigns
• You keep an overview through ongoing analysis and management of business key figures
• You are well acquainted with internal and external quality standards and implement them expertly

What you bring

• Education: Completed basic or further training
• Field: Sales/retail
• Professional experience: 2-3 years of professional experience in the fruits and vegetables sector
• You present yourself customer-oriented and friendly
• You work independently, efficiently, and precisely
• You bring experience in leading and developing teams in retail and are able to inspire and motivate employees
• You have completed the specialist management training or are motivated to complete it internally
• Your networked thinking makes goal- and solution-oriented action easy for you
• You are stress-tolerant and can assert yourself
• You have strong communication skills and are an organisational talent
• German (B1)
