For our branches in Wald ZH and Eschenbach SG, we are looking for a motivated, customer-oriented personality as a Junior Private Customer Advisor / Customer Advisor (m/f/d). • Entry into team customer consulting with the goal of taking over your own customer portfolio within 2-3 years
• Comprehensive advice to our customers on all financial matters (basic consulting, investing, pension provision, extending mortgages, and referral to specialists)
• Proactive expansion of existing customer relationships through active approach
• Targeted enthusiasm of new customers through market development and referral management
• Trying out new ideas together in the team, learning from each other, and developing yourself as well as our bank
• Attractive training and further education opportunities / SAQ certification
• A well-coordinated, clear team that maintains a very appreciative interaction with each other

• Commercial training in the banking or insurance sector
• Several years of professional experience, for example in basic customer consulting
• High willingness to learn and quick comprehension
• Self-motivation and willingness to proactively approach our customers
• Reliability, commitment, and teamwork as defining character traits
• Independent, precise, and efficient way of working
• Connection to our region is desirable
