The specialized pedagogy institution aims to provide specialized education to students who have various learning difficulties in their development and schooling. It offers educational support with or without accommodation. It enables the student to have post-schooling and professional orientation aimed at integration into everyday life.
The Temporary Reception Unit (UAT) is a socio-educational structure that offers parental relief to families of children and adolescents living with moderate to severe autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who are not enrolled in school at Mémise.
To support the experienced and dynamic educational team of the UAT sector, we are looking for
several substitute social educators
Your mission:
Support the educational team in accompanying people with ASD (6-18 years old) within a small structure
Meet the parental relief needs of families.
Your profile:
Social educator in training or with a HES, ES diploma or equivalent
Experience in the field of intellectual disability or autism would be a definite asset
Creativity in your activity proposals
Very good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively.

Concentrated working hours during the day on Wednesdays and weekends during the school term, as well as during school holidays.

Permanent contract according to the working conditions of the collective labor agreement of the Vaud parapublic social sector (AVOP).
