For our Pneumology and Allergology department at the locations Burgdorf and Langnau, we are looking for a from 1 January 2027 or by arrangement
Area of Responsibility
- You care for our patients with joy and heart: You are their first point of contact, plan the consultations and ensure warm and professional care
- You keep the operation running: You ensure that our consultations run smoothly and efficiently
- You conduct examinations: You independently perform lung function and simple sleep examinations and explain their procedure to the patients
- You apply your medical expertise practically: You perform venous and arterial blood draws, insert infusions, conduct skin tests and assist with bronchoscopies
- You handle the administrative tasks: You are responsible for the administrative preparation of consultations and write reports accurately from dictation
- You grow with your tasks: If desired, we will support you specifically on the path to becoming Lead MPA and gradually entrust you with coordination and leadership tasks within the team
Profile
- You bring professional competence: You have completed training as a Medical Practice Assistant EFZ; experience in pneumology or a specialised consultation is an advantage
- You want to progress: You gladly take on responsibility and are interested in growing into a leadership role
- You convince as a personality: Committed, open-minded and team-oriented – this is how you work and actively contribute your organisational skills
- You meet people at eye level: Respect and appreciation characterise your interactions; you are open, communicative and empathetic
