The Integration Office of the Migration Department is responsible for the specific promotion of integration for foreigners. For the department of initial integration of recognized refugees and provisionally admitted persons, we are looking for an integration coach based in Frauenfeld, starting on November 1, 2025, or by agreement.
Your tasks
- Continuous case management and case documentation to promote social, linguistic, and professional initial integration
- Individual coaching: identifying potentials, clarifying support needs, and creating an individual action plan
- Acquisition of jobs and qualifying work assignments as well as building and maintaining a network with employers
- Mediation into integration offers and needs-based, goal-oriented support for entering employment
- Collaboration with various authorities, institutions, and companies (social services of municipalities, employment offices, schools, employers, etc.)
Your profile
- You have completed secondary (EFZ) or tertiary education
- You have additional training as a coach, case manager, or similar and/or relevant professional experience
- Coaching and working with people is your passion
- You are enthusiastic about integration topics concerning refugees
- You are familiar with the jungle of professions and industries
- You have a flair for administrative tasks and good IT skills (Office, database)
- You have a valid category B driving license and a car available (travel expenses are reimbursed by the employer)
- A responsible and meaningful role in a diverse field of activity
