- You lead and support the team professionally and personally together with the store management and support and promote the employees
- You share responsibility for the store's appearance and performance and implement necessary actions in coordination with the store management
- You ensure competent, comprehensive, and friendly advice
- You manage the merchandise on the sales floor as well as in the warehouse
- You accept customer orders and process exchanges using our digital devices (smartphone & service stations)
- You have completed basic training, ideally in the fashion & apparel sector
- You already have some leadership experience and your service orientation underlines your professional experience
- You are not only interested in the products but have the ability to understand our customers and fulfill their wishes
- You have a can-do mentality, are open and communicative, and have the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- You enjoy working hand in hand, support your team, and are appreciative and motivated to move forward together
