- Quality development and professional leadership: Ensuring evidence-based and practice-oriented care, professional guidance and support for nursing staff in complex situations
- Process optimization and concept development: Establishing, implementing, and continuously developing nursing science processes with a focus on patient safety and an efficient structure
- Planning and conducting internal training and taking over hygiene responsibilities
- Close cooperation with other professional groups, support in case discussions and family conversations
- Analysis: Collection, evaluation, and processing of nursing-relevant data to monitor and improve care quality and optimize processes

- Completed nursing training HF as well as BScN or MScN studies or higher vocational training (MSc/MAS or HöFa II)
- Several years of expertise in the field of long-term and acute care and/or further vocational training with a focus on dementia
- Enjoyment of scientific and conceptual work with an evidence-based approach
- Leadership skills for guiding and developing nursing teams
- Solid knowledge of digital documentation systems
- Experience with the RAI classification system is an advantage
- High sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as methodological know-how for planning, implementation, and evaluation of quality improvements
- Experience in professional collaboration and interface management
