Tasks

Independent management of the assigned real estate portfolio in the Northwest Switzerland regional team
Representation of the Coop cooperative as property owner as well as tenant in rented properties
Responsibility for minor renovations and repairs as well as regular maintenance
Development of management and rental concepts in collaboration with the supervisor
Preparation of rental contracts and amendments
Responsibility for the acceptance and handover of rental properties

Requirements

Several years of professional experience in property management
Completed further education as a property manager with a federal diploma or an equivalent qualification
Routine and confidence in handling digital media
Possession of a category B driving license
