Team Leader ICT Systems and Infrastructure 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

As part of the Business Unit Shared Services (SHS) of Hamilton Bonaduz AG, this area takes on central tasks for the Hamilton companies. Teams in HR, ICT, Corporate Communication, Facilities, and Finance ensure that processes run smoothly and employees worldwide are optimally supported.

This is what you can achieve:

Personnel management, coaching, and development of the two ICT teams Systems and Infrastructure with a total of 10 employees

Ensuring the stable operation of worldwide cloud and directory services, the server landscape, data centers, and network infrastructure

Planning, prioritizing, and coordinating projects and resources in close collaboration with ICT management

Evaluation, introduction, and operation of modern cloud, server, and network technologies together with the Technical Product Owners

Taking over the escalation function for complex technical issues (3rd level)

Ensuring security, compliance, and operational standards

Promoting agile, solution-oriented, and cross-team collaboration

This is what you bring:

Completed training or studies (FH/HF/University) in the field of computer science

Several years of experience in leading technical ICT teams or in a comparable role

Knowledge of Azure cloud technologies and Entra ID is an advantage

Experience in server infrastructure, data center operations, network management, and hybrid cloud environments

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

High reliability, quality awareness, and solution orientation

Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills (at least B2)

Team-oriented, motivating personality with a proactive working style
