Your Tasks
To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed individual who competently, empathetically, and structurally supports people in a sensitive phase of life. In this central role, you are the first point of contact for interested parties, future residents, and their relatives, thus shaping the crucial first impression of our service.
You advise and accompany from the first contact through decision-making to moving in and beyond. You manage and coordinate the entire admission process, conduct counseling and financial discussions, organize tours, and check admission requirements. In close cooperation with nursing, administration, and other departments, you ensure a professional, trustworthy, and smooth process.
Your Profile
- Training in social work, nursing, case management, or comparable
- Advanced nursing education is an advantage
- Experience in counseling older people and their relatives
- Ideally experience dealing with people with dementia
- Solid knowledge of health and social services, especially in long-term care
- Teamwork and flexibility
- Organizational talent and ability to coordinate between various internal and external offices
- Independence and business thinking
- Confident handling of digital systems
