The Zurich University of Teacher Education actively shapes education, schools, and teaching of today and tomorrow in teaching and research. The Department of Students and Cross-Sectional Tasks is responsible for overarching tasks and projects in the Vice Rectorate for Education. In addition to the chancellery, admissions, and study organization, the International Office, Professional Suitability, and the psychological counseling center are located here. The study organization plans the events of the Vice Rectorate for Education based on information from the individual departments and organizes computer-assisted examinations.
This is what you will do.
- Main responsibility and collaboration in the creation of event planning and timetables
- Ensuring timely and accurate planning of courses for the study programs of the Vice Rectorate for Education
- Implementation and co-design of curriculum developments and feasibility analyses in collaboration with the responsible departments
- Content and personnel management of the study organization team
- Further development of planning tools and organizational processes within the study organization

- Completed university degree with a master's degree
- Further training or continuing education desired (Digital Management, Business Administration, Leadership and Management in Education, Project Management, University Management)
- Proven organizational and planning skills, analytical and conceptual thinking
- Experience in personnel management and project management
- Knowledge of the organization and planning of study programs in higher education desired
- Precise, very careful, and reliable working style
- Communicative personality with high social competence
