We are looking for a qualified nursing specialist / nursing specialist HF 60 – 100 % to start immediately or by arrangement. Diaconis operates three business areas: housing and care for the elderly, palliative care, and professional integration. Since our founding in 1844, we have been committed as a non-profit organization to ensuring that people in fragile life situations are cared for, looked after, and accompanied according to their needs. Our team consists of around 300 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen, and Biel. Diaconis Housing & Care offers people with different needs a home and welcomes guests for holiday and transitional stays at any time. We provide caring and professional nursing and support around the clock in our three nursing homes Oranienburg, Belvoir, and Altenberg, as well as in the senior residence Villa Sarepta (living with services). The proximity to the city and the Salem Hospital, as well as our own medical team, make our houses the first choice for pleasant and safe living in old age.
Your tasks with us
- Professional leadership and co-responsibility in the development and promotion of nursing and nursing quality in collaboration with the nursing expert
- Participation in nursing responsibility for the RAI nursing needs assessments
- Promotion and management of interdisciplinary and interprofessional collaboration
- Ensuring the training of HF students and FAGE trainees
What you bring with you
- Tertiary education as a nursing specialist HF/FH
- Experience in long-term care, ideally first professional experience with psychiatric cases in long-term care
- Training as a vocational trainer is an advantage or willingness to complete this
- Solution-oriented working method and networked thinking
- Good IT skills and openness in dealing with technical aids
